Follow This Steps:

1)Start->Run->type %temp% press ok  -> Delete All files

2)Start->Run->type prefetch press ok -> Delete All files

3)Start->Run->type cleanmgr press ok ->select C: Dirve -> ok -> delete all File

4)Start->Run->type cmd press enter -> regsvr32 actxprxy.dll enter Ok

5)Start -> Run -> type msconfig ok -> select boot tab  -> set timeout 3 second ,

      Advance option -> check box checkd both number of processor and Maximum Memory

6)Start -> Run -> type msconfig ok -> select startup tab  ->Disable uncheck the stuff that             are not necessary or click Disable all

7)Start -> Run -> type regedit -> ok -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE  -> currentcontrolset ->

       control ->session manager ->memory management -> prefetchParameter->                            enableSuperfetch -> set 0 value data

8)Go to control Panle \User Accounts\User Account setting And set never Notify me

9)go to computer Management -> sevices->windows update set disable
